All user of Camp Wilkes must complete an application for use of camp facilities. Each application requires a security deposit of $25 ($200 for Total Use Rental). This fee is necessary to insure that the area is available when you arrive. This deposit is also held as a guarantee that is forfeited in the event the facilities are not cleaned up or if the user fails to check out with the camp ranger.
A 14 day notification of cancellation is necessary for a refund of your security deposit. A 4 hour notification is necessary for a refund if bad weather is the reason for cancellation.

Mississippi State Law requires that if you remain in camp for four consecutive 24hr periods or more, your program director must be registered with the Mississippi State Health Department. If you plan to stay this long, we will send you a program directors application. Return the application to us or the Mississippi State Health Department.
